    4. It can increase your energy levels: As you may know, you get energy from food. Although junk food, processed food, and sodas will fill your stomach, they will not give you the energy you require. As mentioned earlier, you require proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates.

    So, you can look for a balanced diet chart or consult your nutritionist. In case you are experiencing fatigue, you can increase your intake of iron with peas, dark leafy greens, poultry, and seafood.
