Many of you should have known this site. Here is a quick description of the site:

This site's owner encoded all of your favorite anime titles into rmvb format for your direct download, thus the filesize is much smaller (only 70~80 MB per episode), yet maintaining the quality. The download speed is not so high, so if you want access to high speed servers, pay a small sum of 5$ per month. They also have direct download for 376 manga titles and anime MP3s.
