Yes, the big 200 is past us now, so here's the spoilers for 201:

CC Sakura's magic square floats underneath Shaoran's feet. It is possible to rewind time but the offense is far too heavy. By rewinding time the princess may go down a different future. That also means that at the same time, because of that, the futures of all the people connected to the princess will change. Particulary, the future of those who knew about the princess' curse will change. And Shaoran must bear the greatest sin. Even with the rewind, he will not be by her side, will have his freedom taken away, his life exposed to danger and will be able to do nothing but watch. Even so, Shaoran chooses "one more time". (T/N: Meaning he chooses the rewind.) Soon Shaoran is rejuvenated to the way he was when he met the princess. And a boy appears in front of his eyes. He is the existence that was born when Shaoran rewound time, in order to fill up Shaoran's former position, the relationships he gave as payment. He is CC Sakura and Shaoran's son, not a brother but Shaoran himself. Fei Wang says that the existence of Watanuki, who was someone not originally supposed to exist, such distortion will bring pain to the parents who helped Shaoran and to Watanuki.

So, Watanuki is Syaoran's 'replacement'? That would make him the 'son' of CCS Syaoran and Sakura, and Watanuki's parents are both supposedly dead already.

yes, it almost certainly is, but didn't Yuko say CCS Syaoran and Sakura are still ALIVE? As did Seishiro. Perhaps they were affected by the price too.

Not to go off topic, but this is starting to sound a lot like kingdom hearts. The similarities between Watanuki and Roxas are uncanny. In fact, even before this I theorized that Watanuki might have been some sort of "nobody" to Syaoran. That being said, I don't really understand why Watanuki was created. Clamp's explanations in the story have been really confusing lately. Can someone explain what Fei Wong Reed meant when he said Watanuki was created to fill up the void and the relationships Syaoran gave up?

I don't quite get it either. Perhaps it would be some sort of twisted 'what if Syaoran remained behind' sort of thing. But by the sounds of it, Sakura and Syaoran Li are going to know full-well what has happened.

Now just tell us how Clow came and how Fujitaka changed from king to archaeologist.

I actually clapped after reading this chapter because...wow. This chapters revelation is the badass grandma of all I-did-not-see-that-comings. I mean this makes "Syaoran is a clone" and "Syoaran is the SON of Syaoran and Sakura from that other show" look predictable. Tsubasa reservoir chronicle has officially become the Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan of shocking twists, since somehow they keep finding a way to top themselves.(P.S.:that last sentence will make sense if you've actually seen TTGL)(P.P.S:and if you haven't you should, it's awesome)(P.P.P.S:OK i'll stop now).

xxxHolic 167 elaborates further by saying that Watanuki does not look like Syaoran because Syaoran (senior) changed his appearance and family name to protect both Syaoran (junior) and Watanuki. Even then "Kimihiro Watanuki" is not his real name. It is also confirmed that Sakura and Syaoran are dead, or at least, the Sakura and Syaoran that are parents to Watanuki - Yuko also implies their paths split into two like Syaoran's. It also means that the timeline is 'distorted'. When Syaoran retrieves the Sakura of that day, the seal is lost, CCS Sakura and Syaoran needed never to interfere and Watanuki would be erased from existence, but Yuko wants him to exist. So basically in the end pretty much everything shall be undone. Meaning CCS Sakura and Syaoran will hopefully be appearing... in full.

It also, in a way, undermines what Clow said - there is a way to get back the dead... under certain circumstances. If they weren't 'destined' to die (like CCS Sakura and Syaoran) but did because of, say, a certain son's choice to rewind time, it can be undone. If they were meant to die (like Clow Reed was) then there is no hope of bringing them back)
