"Mokona is Mokona!"

For some wierd reason I really like this guy. I wonder why, I'm not even a girl...Anyways, he is adorable. And pretty skilled too - 108 secret techniques after all.

Anyone else with me?

The two Mokona really are cute (I think I'll buy them if I go back to that manga store this week). They're from a shoujo series originally - Magic Knights Rayearth - which, having cute things, would explain why they're so cute. I love the way Mokona has become involved in Tsubasa, though; it fits perfectly with the story. And he keeps getting called a white manjuu, too. xD

Indeed, he perfectly fits. White manjuu~~~~~~ (i feel strange behaving like certain someone did towards Timcampy >_>)

I was surprised when saw Chii from Chobits there. Never knew before that Mokona is not from here originally.

(I always thought Mokona reminded me of Timcanpy. o_o Except Allen eats manjuu and Timcanpy eats Allen, and Mokona doesn't eat people.)

A lot of characters in Tsubasa are from other CLAMP manga. Sakura, Syaoran, Touya and Yukito (from Clow) were from Cardcaptor Sakura; Yuuko and Watanuki are from xxxHOLiC; Chii is from Chobits... I think Sora and Arashi are from X/1999... Actually, most characters are from other CLAMP series (besides Kurogane and Fai). It's a bit surprising to know that, since they all fit so perfectly in Tsubasa.

He kind of eats them. It his wasy of transproting after all.

This means that CLAMP consists of very good authors if they were able to pull this out with such a success.

...Well, yeah, but Mokona doesn't really EAT anything that isn't food (or whatever he's sending to Yuuko?). Nevertheless...

CLAMP is pretty amazing. The fact that they're doing this and xxxHOLiC at the same time, too - this must have been planned for a long time. It's amazing.

i saw mokonas for sale at pacific =) mm, i recall them being the freaky wide-eyed version though, don't remember if they have a happy, smiling one. i should buy both the white and the black one ! they're so cool

I don't remember what the mini Mokona that I saw looked like, just that they had a white one and a black one. They were kind of small, though (my Timcanpy plushie is way bigger, and it was only $15 compared to $10 for EACH Mokona).

I really like the black Mokona, it reminds me of a pet rabbit I used to have. The white Mokona makes me hungry. Reminds of of marshmallows and cottoncandy and cake and crean and ice cream.

Lol now that you mention it, Mokona does kinda remind me of Timcanpy <_<. If they ever have to go back to the witch, would Mokona just eat them? Cuz everything he eats gets sent back to her right?

Mokona has never eaten living things. xD He'd probably just do whatever he does to transport people to another world, since that's where Yuuko lives. It's kind of funny when he eats food, though. ^^;; Since he EATS it, then it comes out whole on the other side...

The white Mokona... food? Awww, now you've made me think of it, too. xD
