Kotobuki Scanlations is starting work on the series The Fashion Boy is Cool (Oshare Kozou wa Hanamaru), and needs a translator. Tomodachi fansubbed the OVA over a decade ago and the manga has been neglected for too long! This project will be starting up within a couple weeks.
