You didn't get what I was saying ...
I know that. Mitsuomi was planning to let himself die in the process and bunishi came to stop him from doing so. That's what I mean about mistuomi "plan". So indeed Bunishi didn't care about it, he came because he didn't want anyone else to die. Maybe my use of the word "plan" wasn't correct, english is not my native langage.
Bunchichi didn't care about their plan, he went there only to make Mitsuomi understand that he shouldn't be willing to die even if it's inevitable but should fight against it(death) even if it would mean being in a wheel chair or bed for the rest of his life.
I don't have the pics right now but I remember souhaku telling to aya her best bet was to say nothing (at the school, just before the fight with the blind guy if I remember correctly. Aya didn't try to stop nagi before because she wanted to save him, and save her sister. Do you think the objective of maya is (only) to kill susanoo?
You got it all wrong.
Killing Souhaku would've been a piece of cake for them(Mitsuomi's gang).
When Mitsuomi cut Souhaku's head, he somehow knew that Souhaku wouldn't die.
The Blind Kid said that killing killing Souhaku would very easy since he then only was an Eye(meaning that Mitsuomi's gang already knew about Souhaku even if Aya wouldn't say anything about him) to Aya during their fight on the roof top.
The only reason they didn't kill him is that they wanted Souhaku to take control of Nagi and become Susanoo so that they would kill him.
He also explained it to Nagi when they fought.
This is one of the possible interpretations and that's why I'm saying that "storywise" nagi's death is still possible, but it wiil mean that the characters failed while trying to avoid death of someone close to them. One way or the other, how it end will be the choice of O!G..
Shin's death was personal.
Nagi dieing at the end if he collects all the Red Feathers Powers will be a success cuz it will wipe those powers for good, except for Maya's.
