In all honesty, I dun wanna end the Takayanagi brother's fight with this arc (i think you can call it that....) I mean, as people already stated, that family's gots alot of 'splainin and we need some background info on them.

Also, I think Nagi's getting to be too over powered (as in he's getting to be a Mary sue, don't know what a Mary sue is? Look it up =p). I mean, what? does he steal the magical capabilities of EVERY person who's got em and will be able to use it when he enters that omgwtfbbqpwn-blackhaired mode?

Thanks for silverwmoon for the purty sig :3

Oh. Didn't know which bruised eye guy you meant. You meant Sakon Shima. Definitely needs to be some questions answered concerning the Takayanagi's past. It really wouldn't matter to me where they fought, but I think they will have to reveal something about them or else they'll basically be like Bob. As for Nagi, yeah, I think that's the whole point of the story. He has all this power yet if he had those abilities at the beginning of the story, then all of this would've ended a long, long time ago. However, he's more of the anti-hero in the story, fighting his own personal demons, whether he realize it or not. Those are the characters that always become the one to save the day in the end, at least in Seinen.

@Whats going on with Nagi: Its really more like that despite he previous claims, he knows exactly whats going on and is actually aware of both the actions of his ancestor as well as his father. Not only did he let Takaynagi know this but he also doesn't seem to care one way or the other about the events that are going on with Kabane.

He has completely assimilated the Kabane blades and he's even gone as far as activating the Demon Excorsist form. From now on, not only does he have the powers we've seen, he also has the powers of the unknown amount of people he devoured from being under Souhaku's care.

Right now, from what we've seen, I have very little doubt of him not being the strongest fighter in the manga. Its funny the arc his character has gone through. He started out thinking he was the biggest badass around, trying to flount it where ever he went, only to have his ass pounded to him in all his early one on one fights. Now, he is one of the strongest characters with the ability to absorb special powers and utilize them. But he does his best to hide it and keep up his old way of looking at things in public, only becoming dead serious when the time comes for it (In the Restaurant with Takayanagi, With Kabane in this chapter, etc.) and does his best to blow it off. Like he's trying to keep himself under the radar.

Not keeping himself off the radar, but learning not to be a hotheaded one-dimensional character he was at the beginning. When Saga Mask confronted Souichiro and he made Saga Mask believe his internal organs were blown out, it was like a warning. There was no chance of Sagara winning that fight and Souichiro knew that as well. So, he just gave him a warning. Technically, he's probably the strongest in the series. Like you said, we still don't know what other abilities Souhaku gave Souichiro, yet he doesn't really follow any kind of martial arts like Masataka or Bob, making his fighting style unorthodox. With characters that have actual fighting styles, their special attacks follow the basics of that art.

The strongest in the manga in Nagi Makiko because she already possess all the red feathers powers and she is also stronger than Souichiro. Souichiro didn't warn Saga Mask, he killed him.

He didn't kill Sagara, it was an illusion. He allowed Saga Mask to walk away, leaving Saga to realize that Souichiro had risen far beyond his level. I wouldn't say that Masataka follows a single martial art, after all his style has been listed as Kempo (or Kenpo, there are various names). You know how many various forms of Kenpo there are? Not to mention he's shown knowledge of having experience in Chinese forms. I eagerly await the scanlations of this new chapter, I want to see this fight between Souchiro and Kabane. That should be a good one, seeing that Kabane was able to beat Aya.

Uh not to be ignorant but who's saga? xD (tis been a long time since I've read this manga >.>)

Also, it was just one punch, technically not pwnage YET. Am acutally cheering for Kabane (the scent guy right?) in this fight, the difference between those two must be settled. I mean I think its been put off for as long as I can remember...(I think we first encountered Mitsunomi [sp?] in the bowling ally part, no? Am sure if Bob didn't "injure" him it wouldn't turn out like that.)

    Still Masataka ftw yo xD

Thanks for silverwmoon for the purty sig :3

What I meant was that Masataka follows a martial art in general. Not the number of martial arts, but several arts that have been established already.Kenpo with cross training in internal chinese martial arts based on his movements and attack style.

What I meant was that being a martial artist shouldn't put one at a disadvantage against someone like a street fighter. Yes, a streetfighter would have the advantage of having an unorthodox method of fighting. But a martial artist would have the advantage of having more focused attacks (such as a judo expert being better at grappling moves).

So HOw does Maya intends to use Souichirou? It's not like she can takeover his mind or transfer his blood into her. I still dont understand this line.
