Hello, I am new to this site, but I have been following the manga for quite sometime now.
I do agree with Chaoswind's recent post about the three plot holes about the True Demon, True Warrior, and True God.
The true Demon is said to be someone belonging to the red feather families, which would mean people who have special abilities or "powers". Therefor Nagi Souichiro would fit into this category, as he possesses one of the top red feather powers of the series, the Dragon's fist.
This "power" enables him to consume the "powers" of other red feathers and use them at his leisure, an ability that is also specific to his bloodline. This is why his family is known as the "demon exorcists", NOT indicating that he is the True Warrior. These are the facts, not simply me hating on Nagi.
This would also make Nagi the perfect candidate for the title of the True Demon. This to me, was alluded to during Masataka's fight with the resurrected Fu' Chien, as he states that if the only way to defeat a demon is to become a demon, then he would become a demon. Indicating that was a path even he was willing to follow in order to end all of the conflict.)
The True Warrior is said to belong to the White feather families, therefor someone who is not born with any of the "powers" of the red feather families. This is not, of course, meant to confuse them with people who can use ki attacks (as Mitsuomi can also use ki attacks), which means that the True Warrior is someone who can fight on par with or even beat members of the Red feathers, including the one who will become the True Demon.
Given this knowledge, it is a safe assumption that aside from Mitsuomi himself, who was groomed to be the next True Warrior by Dougen, Bunshichi (who without a doubt is strong enough to take on even Mitsuomi himself), Masataka (who has been questioned by Souhaku himself to be a possible candidate), Maya (who is strong and possesses no power unlike Shin and Aya), and to some extent Bob (who Mitsuomi himself places great importance on) could all be the True Warrior themselves.
And, as Chaoswind stated above, the True God is someone who possesses the powers of all of the red feathers, but is not consumed by those powers. While much has not been said about this type of person, Nagi could very well be a candidate for this category as well, as he has been "fed" the powers of many of the red feathers and has yet been overtaken by them.
The point I am trying to make is that as of right now, we only have the facts seen in the manga (including speculations by the many different characters involved) to go off of. Meaning that we can only guess as to who's who among the Tenjou Tenge characters, and that it is ultimately up to the author(s) themselves to reveal to us who is the True Demon/Warrior/God respectively.
