I honestly still think that Souchiro should be with Maya...........(don't kill me!)!

Why? Just because he's the main character or because he's your favorite character?

They're not especially compatible and we really haven't seen any reciprocation on Maya's part. And then there is the whole experience difference and Maya's history with Mitsuomi to consider.

IDK.....SouichiroxMaya......they just don't fit together romantically, y'know? Maya is much more mature than Souichiro and if they didn't give out ages, I would think of her as much older than Souichiro. Although this shouldn't matter in love and all of that, but I think Maya is much taller than Souichiro, making him look even more like a child next to her.

Uh...what about the fact that she kissed him, and when Nagi and Mitsoumi were fighting over her at the school while looking for Aya?

I think the kiss makes it even less likely that they will end up together.
They put that kiss in just to create some sibling tension and Maya did that to restore Souichirou's energy or something like that.

Maya has never expressed feelings for Souichirou in a romantic sense (she has as a mentor and leader of the Jyukenbu) , but she has with Mitsuomi. If she had, I wouldn't discount the pairing so much.

I think aya makes a better pairing with souichirou. It's probably because they both will become the strongest in the end.

I agree, I think this would be th most interesting pairing by far; though to be honest i think Aya is more likely. But really who knows.

Maya is atleast 2 years older then Souchiro, and

when Maya and Mitsuomi went to rescue Souchiro from Souhaku and to kill Souhaku, when souchiro was crying in her arms. she said "after all he's only 15", well at least in the scanlation I got.

However, Maya did tell Aya that if Aya doesnt make Souchiro hers, that she may fall for him. but then she said it was a joke... however, Aya knows that Maya would never say something like that as a joke.... so theres a chance... maybe.
