Thread: Any resemblence between Masataka and Mitsuomi?

Seeing they're brothers and all...and only a year apart (I think)...any similarities between them? Including the younger Mitsuomi.

both good at martial arts
both can be shy at sometimes

but that's all I can find...because
1.mitsuomi has forked eyebrows
2.mitsuomi has superman body/is a superman
3.mitsuomi's hair and masataka's hair are significantly different
4.mitsuomi kills people without second thoughts, if it is really necessary. (beheading souhaku. I doubt that masataka could do that due to his nature.)

The different mothers thing could explain it but honestly I think it is just really different personalities that seperate them in the looks department, Mitsomi is very flashy, clothes, jewelry, hair stlye (probably dyed or bleached too). Masataka is a very dull guy, he has no style and is very clam, I believe it was mentioned before that he was raised away from Mitsomi so that could have been influential.

The eyebrows thing, maybe a recessive gene or something...

Makiko can be Mitsuomi's mother well Makiko and Dougen were good friends and once lovers.

Eh? I don't think so.... Makiko was in love of Sohaku and I don't think she would go out with a pervert like Dougen... their relationship is quite simple

Nagis = Head of the Red feathers, Vice leaders of the Phoenix organization that place was being held by Sohaku.

Dougen family = Head of the White Feathers, and Leaders of the Phoenix organization, that place is being held by Mitsumi

Yeah, where did the once lovers thing come from?! The only interaction we have seen between the two of them from the past is when Dougen stopped Sohaku from allowing Shin's dragon to be eaten by Makiko, Makiko was naked do to some weird unexplained ritual thing that Souichirou didn't have to do, and Dougen was embarassed for her and gave her something to wear, he then told her it was wrong and she replied that she loved her husband and would do anything he asked of her, more or less.

my theory seemed absurd i thinked of that because we have love triangles in tenjou tenge.

Well Mitsuomi's mother i think if ever Masa-chan and mits-san don't have the same mother must be related to Makiko or a descendant of Ichiyo Nagi.

Yeah, the different mother thing may actually be important, if it's true, since Masataka is next in line for 'true warrior' status, though he's much cooler than Mitsuomi was.

@event, i don't think Maki was doing anything different in that scene than what Souichiro did; it was just fan service that she was completely naked while Souichiro was only not wearing a shirt.

I wouldn't put it past Dougen to have been a philandering roustabout in his younger days.

They could just be one of those siblings who just don't look alike. :/

Plus it's a manga so they don't necessarily have to look alike.

Mitsuomi's differences to Masataka, I think, are the cause of the childhood of Mitsuomi. He had to train hard to get this superman's body, he had to suffer many times. I think, this is the cause of his personality
