and i just wonder if Maya fights Mitsuomi, because she is obviously injured badly, and won't recover till the battle. And one more question - will Mitsuomi die? Because i really don't won't it happen...ever...

^LOL.
But he's supposedly dying soon. xD
And I'd expect an incounter with Maya and Mistoumi but after the whole Souhaku ordeal iono....
True about not knowing the final rosters, but about the following Mitsoumi thing, since we don't know the whole story yet it's hard to say anything. Even Souhaku is still questionable.
I think in the end there are only 3 real possibilities for Mitsuomi's future:
1)He initiates his war, continues his fight with the jyukenbu, releases anarchy (etc, etc) till Mitsuomi dies of his heart condition and the anarchy continues.
2)He initiates his war, continues his fight with the jyukenbu, releases anarchy and dies at the hand of Souichirou. The world returns to the harsh and volatile environment it was like under Shin and "the next generation will be trapped in fate again".
3)Masataka manages to bring Mitsuomi's mind to peace and resolve the war conflicts sometime while Mitsuomi is preparing for or conducting the war(AKA plot no jutsu: Mitsuomi lives).
Obviously this is way simplified since it doesn't take into account Souhaku or the wills of the younger generation, the red feathers, the old generation who Mitsuomi couped, and the countless others yet to be introduced. But these endings look very OGish because they all express the philosophy and themes of the major fighters in TT.
