That girl spoke of 3 people with powers in the Jyuukenbou, its nagi,aya and mostly likely Asshat. it can't be masataka cause he's a white feather. and the preview for the next chpater is hinting at it.

Even more questions to add to the list. Who's the third "Special Power" person? Most likely Takayanagi as Asshat was about to say there was another Takayanagi. It could be true as we don't have any info on his mother. She could of been a red feather and he could of inherited her powers. Sort of like the Natsume sisters where one inherits the power and the other doesn't. It would explain why Mitsuomi doesn't want anything to do with him.
