Thread: The True Demon vs The True Warrior

I've been wondering about this for a while now, but is all this going to boil down to one major battle between the Demon and the Warrior? Takayanagi Dougen was trying to create the True Warrior while Kago Sohaku was creating the True Demon. Dougen was the leader of the white feather families and was most likely trying to create the ideal warrior who could represent the white feathers. He almost succeeded with his son Mitsuomi, but you remember what happened ^_^. Sohaku was probably trying the same thing for the red feathers and almost succeeded with Kagiroi Tetsuhito (iron guy with transplanted organs).

All the of the above are just some guesses I made after reading the current chapters. I guess the specific question I'm trying to ask is: are Nagi Souchiro and Takayanagi Masataka going to fight each other a second time, but as the True Demon and the True Warrior?

Note: I use full names because I sometimes get confused when I hear the last name instead of the first name and vice versa.

He wasn't trying to do with Kagiroi Tetsuhito, he was just wanted to create a powerfull soldier. The only Blood that can absorb all the red feathers bloods into one is the Nagis'Demon exorcist Blood.

It seems that it is indeed headed down to a battle between Masataka and Souichirou, though i doubt Nagi would lose since he is the Main Character.

Masataka also seems to see his own death.

I think in the first fight, he asks if Souichirou'll be the one to replace him--somewhat like how Shin looked at Masataka.

I think Masataka could beat Souichirou since it seems to be turning into a good versus evil plot with The True Warrior - fighting for good vs The True Demon.

I still don't see Masataka as the True Warrior. Even though he has more martial arts experience, it still doesn't mean he can beat Nagi. If they ever do face off, I only see Masa dying fairly easily.
This whole story is how everything repeats over time. Dougen was trying to make Mitsuomi the True Warrior two years ago, but failed. Now it seems that it's not Dougen, but Mitsuomi who's trying to make the true warrior and Dougen just wants everything to come to an end once and for all. If what I just said is true, then Bob would be the true warrior, but then again, he's in the hospital now with the non-essential people.

I think Masataka Takaynagy is worth o calling him a True Warrior he is passing by the path of his elder who have beaten Souhaku to dust. It is still not clearly known where his main talent he doesh't possess any mystical features he just fights using all art and powers he have without using majic or demon powers.
In other hand Nagi is only a puppet in hands of his father Souhaku He is a beast but this beast is on a leash

In chapter 96, the mention of a war between "those who have surpassed man" and "those who are still men" further convinces me that there will be a major battle between Nagi and Masataka. I don't know why, though... does Nagi count as a warrior who has surpassed the human limit while Masataka count as a warrior who has mastered the human limit?

^I have no idea what that last sentence meant. ^_^

You could say that because Nagi has red feather powers while Masataka is a white feather. Red feathers has special powers while white feathers don't.

I thought it was because he had the certain "dragon" power that he was able to "eat up" the other powers. Unless I misread something, then I guess I'll just have to go back and read.
