Re-install windows and get the avast anti-virus, doing that worked very well in my computer.

Couldn't you just do a system restore to like a week ago, before all this happened, and then install avast antivirus and ad-aware. Or, you could have someone else download those programs and burn it on to a cd, allowing you to get those programs without using the internet at all.

well... i think if it's really that messesed up, you might be able to try downloading Windows anti-spyware beta or www.windows.com but other than that, you might have to reinstall windows.

    Go to download.com
Get free copies of Adaware and Symantec
    Then Pray

Though you might want to check out the registry and see just what you've got loading up.

It's funny how computer beginners get viruses and malware so easily. I use no firewall, no antivirus software, no anti spyware, no adware blockers and I still haven't had any problems for the last 5 years.

can anyone teach me how to do this so called "system restore", i already have avast antivirus installed, it was able to remove a lot of viruses but then theres this mail sending problem that pops out of no where just like last time with my norton antivirus, i also have windows defender it was able to help with the other problems, i really wish i can acces my firewall settings to at least lessen the amount of viruses and other spy/malware that attack my computer, i really appreciate all of your help thats why i just like to thank you people in adavnce

Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore.
Then follow the instructions it gives you. However, I have a hunch that since your problem is malware/spyware and possibly viruses that this won't help much. But it's worth a shot.
