Samsung 2232BW PLUS LCD 22in 1680x1050@60Hz 0.282mm, fairly cheap.
I have a shitty 15in with native res of 1024X768.
Opinions? Should I buy it? Anyone know something better at a decent price?

I just bought a Samsung 245bw, 24in, 1920x1200, a year ago on black friday.
...Anyways Issalroc, any samsung monitor should be great, and the general cheap deal price range for 22" TFT monitors is $150-$175 nowadays.
Hell, there was even one going for $125 BEFORE a $25 (empty promised) rebate....but that was a black friday sale.

Dell.
Once you go Dell, you can't go back to anythign else.
Dell store here is ridiculous expensive, like twice the price. And if I order from the american store I have 100% tax plus the fact the dollar is quite high now, and also shipping. It will around twice the price of the thing I posted. I'm jsut worried my resolution jump is too small, since I don't plan on buying another monitor soon.

Oh don't worry about that, 1024 to 1600 is a BIG jump.

Uh.. Just to point out something. Samsung doesn't necessarily make their own panels. Some monitors use real Samsung panels, but some use CHIMEI panels or panels from some other obscure manufacturer, and this was a pretty big case when the 226BW came out - as color quality can vary among different panels.
Google Samsung S Panel, and you'd get quite a few results explaining this. However, I don't know how the situation is now, since some people said there were no more "S" panels produced.

I know of that problem, but it was from more than a year ago and I haven't heard anything about it recently which was why I didn't mention it.
