Somethings wrong with my internet :(

every time I turn on a bit torrent client... and i've tried two (azureus and bitcomet)... the rest of my internet dies...

I can't use firefox... can't connect to msn... basically anything but the torrent works!

is it a virus or some kinda setting on the bit torrent client?

I think it's the torrent soaking up all the speed.

yeah probably downloading too much H stuff, just kidding lol

Also you could always test your internet speed(disable torrents first) at speednet.com.

Common problem, IIRC its your ISP that is throttleing your connection when I detects torrent traffic.

@Devoli ever tried IE? your firefox maybe corrupted and what version are you using? Also check your addons and plugins the problem may be there, And check your ISP speed.

Also streaming hentais on the net....that's....that's really dangerous. xD

@ jyu : most of those are not proper ISPs ... frankly... I've never heard of most of em = = I wonder who compiled that... apart from Maxis and Streamyx, the rest I've never heard of

@grandleo : yea... used IE before... same result! my ISP connection is supposed to be 1 MBPS
