    Default Help picking new hardware

    My computer is almost falling appart. I intended to upgrade it around an year ago, but I ended up giving up on the idea, now I've decided to get a new one.(Oh yeah, sorry, but I'm not allowed to post links by the forum).

    So far I got interested at this processor:

    I'm not really sure, I don't know the quality.

    I need help picking a Power Supply, maybe an extra fan and a case, I don't know how to chose them. I might also be forgetting something.
    Without taking a possible extra fan in account I'll need a power suply with at least 635W. But I don't know any of the PS manufacturers.

    Any help and insight is welcome. Also, I'd apreciate if someone knows where I can get these cheaper. I'm not american so I'll have to ask someone to get it and bring it to me, raising the cost even more.

    Why Q6600 and not Q6700? And why GT and not GTX?

    Way cheaper for almost the same performance in both cases.

    Is this one good?

    It uses a PCI-E 2.0 slot, If I'm not mistaken that will work with almost all PCI-E slots, but will it work with the ones from the P5k?
