If anyone could help me, it would be a major help. Somehow in the past I remember changing my computer's default image viewer to kodak imaging instead of the usual internet explorer, and so most image files when opened give me the message: The document's format is invalid or unsupported. Can anyone tell me how to change the image viewer back to normal?
You can go to Tools in My Computer and click on Folder Options. From there click the file types Tab... then... Uuuuuuuggg... have fun changing them all.
Just uninstall Kodak ImageReady... or whatever it's called. They should all revert back after that. Re-install Kodak, and this time do a custom install or whatever you have to do in order to to not screw with the file associations.
I dont have a tools menu under my computer options and when I uninstall kodak and then go back to open the file it gives me a message saying kodak is unavailable, but no option to use a different viewer.
Well then, yes you do have a tools, unless your using a client system and are not the administrator. It's up there by "File" "Edit" etc.
Just open My Computer and press ALT+T
