Default Problem with my micro sd

Okay, heres the problem, i have a 1gb micro sd card which i use for my r4, since last night my bro and i found a problem with this one, for some reason even though we wiped out all the files, there is something that is taking up space within the sd that is not in a file format, so technically after deleting all the files i check the properties of my sd there is oly about 35 mb left in it left and about 900 something mb used so can some one help me out here? thanks ^ ^ and reply soon XD

re-format the card... you should have gotten software to do it.

I think I read windows doesn't reformat SD cards, so you might need to find software. I could be wrong though... see what you can do. I'd recommend FAT32 as the format type if your phone/camera can handle it (should be able to).

    EDIT:
compuapps swissknife seems to be highly recommended.

Take it back to the store and bitch like no other.

    or

Call the manufacture and bitch like no other.

Seems there is quite a few issues with the high capacity micro-SD cards. From what I've been reading, a re-format usually fixes them. Oh well. :S
