Unable to log into router.
I have a bit of a pickle.
I am working on my brother's-girlfriend's-mom's computer for her, and running into a bit of a problem. For some reason the wireless internet does not work on any of the other computers.
Looking on the back of the router(a Dell TrueMobile 1184), I am told to type in "my.router" to log in, instead of a regular 192.168....string.
Anywho, it doesn't work, nor does using IP config to find out the correct number to put it.
I replaced it with a D-Link DGL-4300, but still the same problem, the string I am supposed to use(192.168.0.1) doesn't work. Nothing I can think of does. I am just flat-out bewildered. Man, I hate Dell computers.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?
