    Default Advice on Office 07

So, is it any good (i.e., are there any bugs?) or should I stick with 03?

Personally, I'd stick with 03 at this stage. Mainly coz my university uses 03 and I just don't want stupid compatibility problems popping up (although I do realize it's backward compatible). And the new UI takes a while getting used to...

Or you could remember the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it," and save money, since you already have 03, and it works fine. Yay for misers!

Office 07 is relli easy to use but the annoying thing is to convert it into a 03 file because most places don't use it.

Hmm, yeah that is a problem - the compatibility issue. I heard from my friend that it is pretty good so I was planning on switching since I am planning to reformat my computer.

Well, sometimes when you are late at night typing up your paper, you tend to forget something as "insignificant" as that. So when you bring your saved paper to campus to finish it up and print it out, you realized that you are screwed. =O

Unless it is a default save pathway. I haven't used 07 yet so I am not familiar with all its new functions.
