    Default Png and Jpeg

    My computor only shows jpeg pcturs, but not png. how come? Do i have to download a software to show the pictures???? Please help =(

    The best way to view them png pics is to probably change their file extension to a jpeg, in my point of view. Just download a file extension changer in softpedia or something and your all good.

    Ummm... noooooo. Not a good idea. Converting PNG to JPEG might save you a little space, but really, you lose quality. Not a lot, but... still... Most modern operating systems support PNG, so there's really no reason to convert. If you want a viewing program, I'm sure we could come up with a list, although most just use Windows Picture/Fax viewer.

    Changing file extensions does not change anything -.-"

    If it's running Windows, then I suggest using IrfanView, although the internal Windows Picture/Fax viewer should have the ability to display PNG's. Even huge ones - although it might take a while to display.

    Umm.... changing the file extension manually does'nt change the file's format, and doesn't require any third-party software. o_o;
