    Default Bittorrent problems

I am new to this kind of downloading and I've got a few questions that the Internet can't answer.

    1) Whats a good bittorrent client?
I've recently downloaded two bittorrent programs and when I get the bittorent file from my PC the maximum download speed seems to be 3kbps/sec if not 0. I mean my download speed usually passes the 70kbps/sec mark but how come this one seems to be very slow?
This is why I might need a decent Bittorrent client

    2) How do I know the bittorrent file is not working or expired?
Can somebody help me with this!?
    hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....................

    1) Use Azreus make sure your open ALL your PORTS cause the bittorrent program is very picky on ports.

    2)Depends on your Bittorrent client.

You should look more carefully on the forum http://stoptazmo.com/bittorrent-irc-download-problems/ is the place for bittorrent problems.

Use either Azureus or utorrent, don't bother with anything else.

Azureus has a wiki set up over at their site, look that up, especially the pages about NAT problem and such, if you still have problems, try describing it here...
