    Default Need a Little help

I was wondering if someone could point me to a program that I could use to edit the lengths of some of my music. *taking making 2 hour long stuff to 1 hour stuff* anything of that sort.

I've used Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) for some basic audio editing in the past. It's free and open source. I used to use CoolEdit shareware but that's now part of Adobe, and I actually prefer Audacity for the simple stuff I do.

What file format is your music in? Most general purpose audio editors like Audacity would uncompress and recompress when loading and saving, which could lead to a tiny loss of sound quality with lossy compression like mp3 or ogg. If it's mp3 there are some tools out there for cutting and joining mp3 files without recompressing (I haven't tried it, but it looks like MP3DirectCut might be okay: http://www.mpesch3.de/).
