Alright, I guess notbody can help me with the reformatting thing, then how about this? I'm using Safe Mode right now, and if I don;t use Safe Mode (And use the Normal Mode) I goes to a blue screen saying:
That happens from when the computer says welcome and has almost started loading the desktop, or when the desktop is fully loaded, also, heres some Technical Information about it:

EDIT: Oh yeas!!!! I also just remembered, this problem started occuring after i installed Resgitry Mechanic and Kapersky at the same time and I rebooted the system cause Kapersky or Registry Mech told me to..or it was both

errh.. have you tried going into "Last Known Good Configuration" ? It should be in the same menu where you got your option to start in safe mode.

Ugh, just looked up Kaspersky's site, it does scanning of internet traffic.. (thus it has to be able to access the traffic data, and since tcpip.sys showed up here, it might be the problem). If you can use safe mode, try uninstalling Kaspersky.
