What's the best out there for Windows(that's not a trial)

Ok, that all depends on how far you are willing to go. XD
First one I know of is Gifsicle. This little program is a command line (HEY! Don't run... come back! Stop crying! ) tool that will put the files together in a nice little animation for you. I haven't got to try it out yet, so I can't tell you how easy or hard it is to use, but it seems to be pretty simple (and it can optimize too ^^ ). There is also instructions and links to other such programs on the website. Needlest to say, you will have to have all your pictures ready ahead of time though.
The last moving Gif that I made, I did with the GIMP and it's 'open as layer' tool. Opened all the pictures I made in Inkscape in order, each as a new layer, saved it as an optimized animated Gif. Worked like a charm, but I'm not sure that the optimization was so good. I could kind of see a little fuzz around where it optimized it, but the space I saved was well worth it. So... to make a long story short, you can use the GIMP.
http://www.gimp.org/ <-- the GIMP
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ <-- the GIMP for Windows
Note that if you do not have the GTK runtime enviornment installed on windows, you need to download that and install it as well to run the GIMP. However, if you have other programs that use it, mainly GAIM, do not install the newer version of GTK that is on the GIMP for Window site. You can use the version that came with GAIM with no problems. If you install the new version, you WILL break GAIM. Little bug in the new GTKs.
thanks to Silverwmoon!
EasyToon Setagaya is, well, easy to use.
Thanks! I'll try these out.
You can actually get Jasc's (Or is it Corel's now? They're absorbing things...) Animation Shop for free if you google around for it. It's the only one I've ever used, so I don't know how it compares to the ones listed.
