i still don't get the time lapses... i mean it was really only a couple of chapters when they did it... and there's this huge time gap that they were already going out for 3 months.. =/ if the baby is yamato's... ( but i assume its his cause suzuka said along the lines "aren't you glad your first time with me?" )

itz probably more then 3 months. it might take a while for the sperm to reach the egg...

No, you get fertilization pretty quick, that's why we have the next day pill; time is of an essence. You're partly right though, but it's only Yamato's sperm that is slow like him; they probably got lost on the way. And about asking random people about the pregnancy instead of talking directly with Suzuka:

Too many possibilities. Honestly, this is the one move I'd expect least in a romantic manga like this. No clean ending to this problem. Unless they have a timeskip .

I'm really getting sick of all the "Yamato's a retard" insults and the scanlation group is as well.
