From what it sounded like though is that the people were scanning and releasing them before the magazine was put on store shelves. Though I guess it hardly makes any difference I suppose.

from what I've read in MH,yes it seems so.but like they said,it's different when you release them before and after the magz was put on store.

The US is gonna take sooooo long to get the were it is.WHy doesnt delrey just take the scans on the net and print them.The translations are basically the same.

while i was looking for suzuka through emule i got suzuka v16 scanlation, i dont know if its done or in stores right now so i dont know if its complete scanlation yet.

is it done an din stores now? and v 17 goin?

v16 is done and it goes up to between 144-146, something like that. Volume 17 has started and as per the topic is up to 152.

oh..hehe and i got my hopes up about wat i found...lol

well it seems we will get a small break after all..

is scaning the volume and uploading after being in stores vaulate the cpyright too?.i guess yes?

^Yup and even worse, because that means it is licensed in your country. The thing with uploading RAWS is somewhat of a gray area. While other believe that RAW unloaders give more popularity to a manga or anime others say it takes away money from the managaka. Some managaka's say its okay or at least don't mind while others do.
