Things will get messy if she drops another bomb like "Akira and I went out together in America" on poor Yamato. If that doesn't kill him, I don't know what will.

I don't know if they hooked up, but after reading the next chapter it seems like Arima tried to make a move, got shot down, and now is bitter toward Yamato because Suzuka told him she likes him (Yamato).
