    Double posting Othniel....tsk tsk.

@ Fenrir, yes the anime ends at 26 but some people are confused about a previous post stating the anime ending at chapter 70 or so when what was really meant to be said is that its around "chapter 70" in the "manga" that the story ends for the anime (on "episode" 26).

Same for me. Somewhere between chapter 90 and chapter 110 it just grew uninteresting. It wasn't boring nor was it bad, but it didn't have that factor that drew you in. I can't place the blame on Suzuka alone since I started following REC around that time, but it's a fact that as of right now Suzuka hasn't lived up to the level it had in the begining.

I'm reading for the sake of finishing the story right now. Even if the following chapters and ending are interesting, the time jump reduced most of the story from the first 120 chapters to trivial background stories that are only a step above fillers.

Othniel is like a another xero00, can't end sentences without either an exclamation mark or an ellipse.

    And he double-posts.

    Make me mod. Now.

what i find weird about this manga is why yamato keeps going for suzuka. sure she has the rare spout of emotion and expressions of love but she also treats yamato like a freakin dog that you just kick around for fun. i mean, hes absolutely whipped. when i read mangas, by the end of em i usualy wonder what the relationship between me and my gf would be like if these sorts of events were to happen. but as im reading this one, its kinda like....wow....wtf is wrong with this arrogant bitch.

Thou speaketh the truth. I will blame this site if my eyes start to uncontrollably bleed in the near future.

Uh. No. Time jumps just take away from the length and story. Sudden character growth through a series of ten-odd pages is hardly the best way. That's like going from a 12 year old to a 50 year old while missing the years in between. No fun in that.
