Which manga did you like better? Suzuka or Ichigo 100%?


i like ichigo 100% better because the storyline isnt as slow as suzuka. I think Ichigo 100% is alot funnier, Manaka always gets in extremely akward positions ^_^. Ichigo 100% is ozing with ecchi though o_o... not like thats a bad thing :P

i agree that suzuka is more realistic (still doesn't say much about its realism though). i actually prefer ichigo 100% artwork, but the main character is just... argh.

i cant say yet cuz suzuka aint finish yet... so for now its ichigo 100% cuz its done and another reason y is bcuz da hero chose da girl i was rooting 4... lols... my opinion may change depending on wat will happen to suzuka...

The Suzuka forum bias votes and the Ichigo 100% fan service votes will probably cancel out.

Suzuka is the more mature and intellectual manga by far.

Ichigo 100% is a much more enjoyable read.

It really depends what you prefer.

It's too close to call. I know I'm in the strict minority when I say I liked the Ichigo 100% ending. But even with that it's hard to say Ichigo 100% is better than Suzuka. How Kouji Seo handles the character development of Suzuka is the key. Ichigo 100% has some of the best character development of any manga. Every single character in the manga changed, not just a little bit but drastically. (I attribute that to Ichigo 100%'s creator being a female.) But If Suzuka can even come close to matching the level of character development Ichigo 100% then I will with no hesitancy give the nod to Suzuka. But as of right now a finished Ichigo 100% is better than an unfinished Suzuka.

If I had to recommend one of the two right now it would be Ichigo 100%.

One non-fan service vote for Ichigo 100% right now, because I'm sure this thread will be redone once Suzuka is finished. Yeah. I'm a traitior.

Ichigo is mostly forgettable comedy that only truly gets dramatic at the end, but in that department it can't hold a candle to Suzuka. This recent arc alone is far better than Ichigo's rush job ending.

And this isn't bias either. Even Misuzu's one-shot Kyoto story was better.

Right now, I tend to go towards Ichigo 100%, since the character development was expressed majorly. I was satisfied with the ending too by the way. If Suzuka finishes in a spectacular way, then I'd go for Suzuka. One main thing that both manga has is the hateable main characters.

Artwork-wise Suzuka is at least 10x better, and character development is still in process, you cannot compare that when is still unfinished... besides ichigo is more of a comedy while suzuka is more drama than anything..
