Thread: Suzuka

True that the anime wasn't and isnt as good as the manga and it was rushed, but Suzuka overall is still quite good to read. I found out Suzuka from Kimi ga Nozomu Eien forums and decided to watch it. I like it and it is alright. There might be better, but meh. I really reckon that Akitsuki should put more effort back in to his Running cause I'm sure many other people would like to see him beat Arima...

Excuse me but WTF?! isn't Ecchi = Hentai ?? so far i haven't seen Akitsuki rockin' anybody's bed so maybe i just missed somethin.

i don't think the nudes earn Suzuka the echi manga title (yes it's sacred) u know it's just fan service, just like love hina n' mahoromatic no big deal. or maybe i'm just too open minded :P

ofcourse Suzuka isnt ecchi, it was only some boobie fanservice at the beginning but lately you see none of that...

Yea lol i was really hoping for that Arima to get pwned XD but bleh.. it finished before that happend..... lol and sorry i guess i used the wrong word to classify the manga lol /swt... to me ecchi isn't really hentai it just gives you teh feeling of nude lol so yea i guess my bad XD

i dont consider Suzuka to be an ecchi manga. while it has lots of.....interesting scenes, the manga is very focused on the romance very realistic in its dealings. this would probably make it a romanic drama more than an ecchi comedy.
i have not seen the anime yet, but the manga is definitely one of my top favorites.

There is next to nothing in the anime that suggests that it's ecchi.

Well, the anime series failed to adapt the manga series... dunno why. but i remembered that the artworks weren't so good.

I wonder how this manga will develop. now, i think the series is in its strange shape. the story can change into any state. whether suzuka will leave akitsuki and akitsuki has an affair with yui etc... still waiting them all. well, IMO overall this manga is good although the story is simple one.
