Well let's see how this goes...

Since there are so many different leagues lets try focus on the most representative leagues (Champions, UEFA, Spain, Italy, England, Argentina, Brazil, Libertadores, etc etc...).
So, what are your thoughts on next week's Champions League Quarter-finals matches?
I think Roma and Arsenal might have important victories over ManU and Liverpool. As to Fenerbache vs Chelsea, and Shalke04 vs Barca, one of the 'small' teams might have a surprise win.

Quater-final predictions for the Champions League:

Liverpool will over come Arsenal, but only just...thats if torres and gerrad play great.
Manchester United should be able to just beat As Roma - remember the 7-0 leg last year? also chrisitano ronaldo is in good form.
I'm actually going for Fenerbache to beat chelsea...i don't think they are that great in the champions league...it would be good to see a little club make it to the finals, instead of the big money clubs.
Barca should be able to make it to the next round, Henry and Messi!!! ..but hey theres always upsets in the competitions.

big disappointment was ac milan....it was quite suprising to see them miss out.

UEFA this year is AS Roma's .......
its impoosible for MAN UNITED to do the same thing again....besides AS Roma is in his best conditions this year ....
i think the final in mosco will be betwwen roma & chelsea

The reds v the gunners later tonight.

I Love these european nights, they are so special, I'm just dieing for the second leg to hear the anfield atmosphere. A very special game tonight where Arsenal's beautiful play will come up with Rafa's european tactical genius.

damen MAN UNITED luck , ROMA was controlling the whole game , all over the 90 min , but i guess we have no luck with MAN UNITED ... we couldn't revenge the 7-0 lose last season .... mmm..but lets wish for a better result the next match !!

I acutally thought man utd played better, rooney and ronaldo being the key players again. Next leg will be hard at old trafford, man utd will be hard to beat on their home turf so im tipping for them to beat as roma by at least 1 - 0.

Can't wait for the Liverpool vs Arsenal clash!! only a few more hours...Go Liverpool!!

tight compact game that was.. arsenal kept pressing and pressing, but liverpool were well organised enough to soak the pressure at the emirates. A moment of Gerrard class set up liverpool's equaliser. Wish that Gerrard would be more consistent throughout the 90minutes of the game though. A lot of mixed feelings in the media about the game with pundits either being critical about liverpool's playing style or applauding liverpool's tactical style.

Bring on the gunners in the 2nd leg!!

my expectations for the UEFA quarter final second round :
for today's games ,

arsenal vs. liverpool ~~~~this game in my opinion is going to LIVERPOOL , cuz they are in there place , & they have Fernando Torres , this kid is just a god in soccer

chelsea vs. Fenerbahce ~~~~ this is a totally win for chelsea , it didn't ever happen to the english to lose in their place to the Trukish ..its an easy win maybe 2-0

tommorow's games :

barca vs. shalcka ~~~~ barca gonna win it for sure ...shalka is in disadvantage .

Man United vs. Roma ~~~~ although the win seems to be in United's hands , but Roma is still have a tiny chance to do it ....IF & only IF TOTTI plays this game ..its not stated yet if he's gonna to play or not . I wish he plays ~_~ ( im with Roma )

Really no surprises in the last round there... liverpool and arsenal games did display the promised football that was to be expected by 2 top flight clubs.
