It's a bit funny how people wants the Chinese outside Tibet but, they do not say much about the Jews stealing lands from Palestine.

DAMN YOUR HEBREWS! ... Wait, maybe I'm neutral. Maybe I just want Israel to go to Sacha Baron Cohen, it'd be a great place to raise a new Borat.

That would be because outsiders don't really care in either case, even the people making noise about freeing Tibet.

your stated position (the Party of Chinese Communists) doesn't seem to match up well with your stated position (北京奥运 我不支持!)

Sports are politics it's an international contest, what's up with ya' dummy? And athletes have political opinions too, btw.. They have every right to protest against China during the Games. And what's China asking the IOC? About how hard they can punish these athletes who wanna make use of their freedom of speech in a repressive regime.

Do you know how hard they had it? Did you ever take a step into Tibet? China lost 60 million people during the 60's cause of starvation. That was really nice for Tibetans. As well as getting their ancient cities getting plastered today with ugly malls and skyscrapers.
You are quite an idiot little fellow, aren't you? Just to make this hilarious propaganda your own leaving all behind what you've learnt in your life about truth and dignity just to support a hideous government.

I was on that China Daily News Forums teasing the Chinese with some truth, and what happened? They kick out every independent voice from outside the world, that's how they treat truth from outside China lol. Those people there are so fake, that I have no doubt they're even paid by the government itself.

A famine is a famine, governments aren't responsible for famines. Lives were lost everywhere in China, not just Tibet.

People have to modernize and step into the present. You can't stay in your ancient cities and expect to be part of the global community. Modernization is a good thing, hell, flush toilets and running water are a good thing. The Chinese bring technology and innovation to Tibet. And it's not like they won't preserve historic places. Historic monuments are everywhere in China. The Chinese revere their history and culture to the point of worship. The Great Wall is still standing, isn't it? And it's older than anything that's up in Tibet. The Summer Palace is still up. Practically the entire inner city of Hangzhou has been kept intact since the Han Dynasty. Lhasa is still mostly intact. The temples are still there. So what's this nonsense you speak of? Have you ever seen any skyscrapers in Tibet? It's illogical to build skyscrapers and malls in Tibet, the mountainous terrain would make it nigh impossible.

For one, CNN pundits have been notorious for belittling and marginalizing China as of late, calling the Chinese "thugs" and their goods "junk". I hardly call that unbiased journalism. And also, what were you doing to warrant getting banned? Perhaps you were like some of the Pro-Tazmo trolls we get every once in a while? We ban those here, too. It's all about attitude. You could have something great to say, but if you're not conducive to the discussion, frankly, your opinion is not appreciated, that's how it works. It's how internet forums work. Don't go out on a limb and affiliate a forum with a country's government. The government has better things to do than to monitor a forum.

How did you completely miss the point of his argument?

The famines was caused by PRC government policies, this would conflict with your claim occupation improved the lives of the Tibetans.

The famines were caused by the extreme flooding of the Yellow River and the lack of rainfall during those years. Is it the government's policy to control nature and say: "Hey, river, could you not flood this year? And you, rain? You think you could fall on us?"
The Chinese going into Tibet has brought streams of revenue flowing into the Tibetan economy in the form of tourism and civil works projects such as building roads.
