...anyway, I'll be boycotting the Olympics. But then again, I never watch them anyway. =P
(I thought plenty of countries had freedom of information and no censorship on the internet. I've never heard of those problems in Canada...)

Oh, gee, I wonder. Could it be the human rights violations that go on there? Just maybe?
What you should be asking is "Why does the world appear to hate China more than any other country with human rights violations?". Which would be wrong since the world does pay attention to most of them that are as bad as China's. Even though people aren't always logical and realistic (Tibet and Taiwan are never going to be their own nations, and that's probably okay, although I'm not saying things should stay as they are now), it doesn't mean that they're wrong about everything that's happening there.
