Post Stop complaining >_> about releases

Im so annoyed that people are complaining about the way how Shaman King is released by manga-rain. We release it when we do, and we have a lot of stuff we do to the chapters to make them as perfect as possible. I myself have college, volunteering, and MCAT's...

I think the Mappa Douji we released this time was the most high quality release of the Mappa Douji found on the internet, in ANY language- since I myself had scanned it by hand. And to answer a question, yes the Mappa Douji is part of the Mankin fanbook (not the Manjien) I have both which Im slowly scanning at the moment too.

    >_> so instead of complaining please do something else. Its not really the users of this forum doing it, its moreover the people who come in and ask the question over and over again about releases

And lastly the Shaman King scanslations arent done by stoptazmo ._. so requesting it here isn't going to help either way. Its not like tazmo is going to go translate SK for you. *fumes off*. Andy and Madi-chan did do a lot of translating and scanslating so please read the links and stop requesting.

    Lightbulb Grr...

The thing is Im just tired of people complaining. They want everything handed to them in a platter-- "here take this". THey are too LAZY to even learn IRC and prefer to pay MONEY to download from sources or sources that groups dont even appreciate. That accounts for typical consumeristic attitude, esp. for Americans.

If you really love SK go find translations and read the raws, read the summaries too, I mean thats how I LEARNED about SK-- reading the raws by using messworlds' translation, having people translate important panels for me, reading VARIOUS summaries on the manga volumes etc. So take the initiative yourself! Its not like you need a word by word translation to understand SK. I myself havent read 21-27 TOTALLY but I know well enough all the Oversoul rules, what happens, etc. from reading VARIOUS summaries.

The worst part of the SK community is the pointless questions people ask like "where are the scanslations?" Also stop asking DUMBASS questions that are in the manga already!! Esp. the ones with translations at messworld, I would understand volume 21-28 questions. But not like 28-32 etc. Its all there online >_<. People need to stop being babies about it, and insisting on stupid arguments. LIKE ABSOLUTE stupid arguments.

I think Ill make a faq about stupid questions

Well, I look at it this way. It's better that people complain about SK scanlations here. I know you don't want us to say "Go to IRC chatroom, and ask." That's just dumb, since the answer will be the same and make us look bad. So I guess, if we can be a buffer for the idiot questions. A pain for us, but if we can lessen the burden, I guess that's helping.

I got a question about the Mappa Douji. Did you manage to get the color cover page, and the extra page (on PS2 game) translated? I actually own Mappa Douji still attached the Weekly Jump issue. Since I own it, haven't felt the need to download it. Just wondering.

I did do 6 Shaman King scanlations a while back. End of volume 24 and start of 25. Dig back a couple of pages here to find the links (that hopefully still work).

Also, finally, Butsu Zone scanlations. We are up to the final arc. Ironically, it takes place in Osorezan, even though it is never mentioned officially. Plus the whole chapter 13 is all Anna. Look forward to it, the scanlation should be out by Sunday at the lastest (unless something goes horribly wrong). Chapter 14 will be shortly after (week maybe?).
Know Chinese or Japanese? Want to help with Shaman King, Jyuki Ningen Jumbor, or Butsu Zone translations?
    See this page for details!

    Cool Hmmm Shaman King Stuff

What color cover page? There was nothing really on the page? ._.? que. Do you mean that blueish-white page in the fanbook.

Oh you had the raw the entire time! *stabs you* lol XD. But you have the fanbook right? and if you have the mankin fanbook you would know that the mappa douji color page is in color in the fanbook... But I dont know what you mean by color page in particular? Btw its interesting, showing my friends the title of the Mappa Douji and stuff, it is in REALLY OLD Japanese! Like the manjien inside flap is in like almost chinese characters. Its very interesting.

People complain a lot in here, but thats because its so easy to downlaod things I suppose. But even then they can shut their mouths and stop complaining over things. I mean I JOINED Manga-rain since I love SK so much and I love the group as well. I mean if you are really in a hurry to do such things, at least help out! But as for "us" who does "us" refer to? Stoptazmo >_>?

Ya I have your scanslations I already know you do a lot. I actually posted on your forum like once and instead got 5 private messages instead of replies >_> bleh lol.

Butsu Zone? Ya I was planning to read that one day I will though. Lately I have been busy with other things. I know all about the Osorezan thing and Anna of course.

Oh Andy if you suscribe to Weekly Shueisha jump do you buy chance have the color spreads of SK?

I respect you people in Manga-Rain for your work.

And people who complain about the releases... I'll delete every single thread you make for that.

Sadly, I do not have the Weekly Jump issues for all of Shaman King. I only have a few that I got from the internet.

Issue 48 - 2003 : Chapter 246 3-page color spread, with Yoh on the cover in Volume 27 cover
    Issue 18 - 2004 : Contains Mappa Douji and chapter 264
Issue 40 - 2004 : Final Weekly Jump Shaman King chapter

In my issue 18, Mappa Douji is connected to the issue binding in a weird way. As soon as you open the front cover (Japanese style), you see the "back cover" of Mappa Douji. Which happens to be an edited image of an old Weekly Jump cover. A bit of promo info for the SFOV and the Japanese PS2 game. Then you flip the insert over, to find the front cover, which I believe is the first page in the chapter, the title page. The next page, which is on the back of the cover (moving into the book), is some more talk about the PS2 game (in purple ink) and SFOV. Then it moves onto the real chapter(all in blue ink), which is number page 3. Finally once you get through all the pages, you reach a final page with Yoh and Ren, and a couple of bathing scenes around the page. I'm not really sure what's all this about on this page. I am guessing it's promo info about an upcoming SK volume (27?).

If you want me to scan in some of those "extra" images I can. But I believe nothing important was left out.

I wasn't sure where you got your Raw from. Like if it was re-printed in the Fan Book (with Chibi Yoh and Hao cover), or something.

By "us" I mean here at StopTazmo. Since you are the only one at Manga-Rain (from the SK part) that comes here.

Also, Butsu Zone is just really great since you can see Takei's orginal ideas before the were adapted into the Shaman King storyline. Trust me, once you read chapter 14 you will say "I know I read this before!"
