Thread: Random Stupid Question

I was just wondering: If you could meet the writer, what would be the first question you'd ask him?

I think my first question would be: "Is Opacho a boy or girl??? No one is 100% sure!"

(Recently, Opacho was called "he" in the dub. I know, I know. It's just the dub. I DON'T WANT ANY DUB-HATERS COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.)

What would you ask? (No one is going to reply, I know... haha.)

What the exact identity is of the guy in the last frame of Funbari no Uta; whether it's Yoh, Hao, or the two combined.

I'm pretty sure Opacho is a girl. He he...no dub hating here...but 4Kids does have a tendency for changing things...for instance, how Anna supposedly saved Yoh's life when they were younger.

While under any normal circumstances it WOULD make sense to assume the opposite of whatever 4Kids says, I believe Opacho to be male. It doesn't really matter all that much, though; its gender doesn't make a whole lot of difference to the plot.

Sigh. I KNEW this would start a discussion about the dub...

I will stick to the topic. If I have the chance to meet with Takei-sensei, I will ask him to continue Shaman King and ask him about who the man in the last page of last chapter of Funbari no Uta and how Hana is born.

he he...i wonder if the author forsaw all the yaoi pairings of his characters and how he feels about that.

LOL. I would ask that too. And like most of you, I would ask who Hana's father is FOR SURE! That bugs me. I WANNA KNOW! Even though it's obviously Yoh and anyone who thinks it's Hao is crazy.

Well...I dunno...there's a distinct lack of Manta in FnU...the possibility that it's at least partly Hao is is certainly there.

i want to know how ryu was able to join in the shaman fight and get past the preliminaries even though he didnt become a shaman until practically before yoh and rens second fight which was the last of the preliminaries. this part just didnt make sense to me.
