Thread: Why DId Yoh say "awesome" to hao? [Chapter 251]

Why would Yoh say awesome after he knows he'll be killed by Hao by being absorbed?

Does Yoh accept this fact?

I was thrown off that he said that.

As I mentioned in my Commentary Edition (which can be downloaded on Mankin-Trad.net), Yoh was just saying that to Hao. His real thoughts were in the next line (as Hao mind read, and spoke them).

because he's a care free freak? hehehe......

wait... if Yoh knows Hao can read minds beforehand... then why even say "awesome?" Why not just say what's on Yoh's mind?

i guess you dont always keep things like that in your mind... sometimes you just say what you want to say... to cover up and what-not.

and maybe he was high!

man, if yoh cared about this, he shoudn't have spoken at all right? sice hao reads minds? but it would have been stupid to put hao in the position to talk to a voiceless little brother.

ooookaay, good to know. i was wondering this because that was actually kind of a retorical question since this "awesome related problem " has no logic at all. so i didn't actually expect an answer =))
