Thread: Chapter 209

This is for andyislands. In chapter 209 page 17 Chocolove says 'permanent'. In the editor's note of that chapter you wrote that you didn't really understand it and that it could be referring to Chocolove's hair. I just want to point out that I started rereading the manga 'permanent' is the first "joke" he says to the gang and his first "joke" in the manga too. This happens in chapter 109 page 15. It even looks similar plus the background of his looks like buildings in that area. Just my two cents.

Yeah, that was all flashbacks, and it's the same with Chocolove.

At that time of release, of course Viz's version wasn't out yet. They use a "tournament" as the lead into "permanent." Of course they also re-word some of these lines to make the jokes better. But none the less it's probably still a joke about his hair.
