There are only 2 official pairs in Mankin, YohxAnna and FaustxEliza. There rest are made up by fans.
I don't really care FaustxEliza, but Yoh's and Anna's relationship is nice. I voted for the latter.

yohxtamao think works too. yohxanna is good also if you were to remove the matriarchal relationship.
