I kinda foresee Eri storming off pulling an emo for a little while, and Harima, doing some further introspection, and subsequent apology to Eri. Which ultimately results in them becoming better friends, but definitely not a couple. all this in the next 5-10 chapters.

Probably. But at the very least, I'm hoping that Harima first understands why he's hurt her. Otherwise the issue isn't resolved.

I think, in the next Chapter both will become silent Harima looking to the groud, and Eri will continue patching his wounds. And when shes done, hell ashamedly say, "um..., sorry for earlier"(or something like that), and shell answer "its ok" and leave (walking slowly, with lightly lowered head(face not visible) implying her crying) AND him still sitting there whatching her back not able to do something.

She'd try, but her handcuffs would get entangled on the lamp post and then she'd end up tripping and slapping Eri and kissing Harima. That's why Eri now knows not to go outside without bringing her dog along.

If the b chapters were still running, I'd suggest one in which Yakumo walks in from the side carrying a plate of onigiri, looks at the dog, the dog looks at her, and then Yakumo hurries off.

Seriously, though, conflict between Harima and Eri actually does need to get resolved. So while I'm not sure if KJ will fully resolve it, I doubt that there will be an interruption on top of everything that just happened unless KJ really wants to be cruel to Eri.
