Thread: Chapter 269 is out!!

Alright so no reset=good. Tenma's still in New York, we see Itoko trying to be a good cousin to Harima which is new and kinda really cool I think. Yakumo's holding a party at her house for everyone, including Tenma's group. There seems to be no hostility between Eri and Yakumo here which is nice. The whole depressing feel of the manga that was covering the last like 10-20 chapters is pretty much gone here which is also awesome. Now I just have to wait for 270

On top of that, it almost seems like Hanai has accepted Flute. KJ might have done reigned him in just so as not to spoil the scene, but he didn't go into slobbering douche mode, or even acknowledge Yakumo at all that we saw. I like that.

Harima get's owned by Itoko again.... I dunno it's like kicking a man who's already down... it didn't probably hurt him as much as his emotional wound... but still... *shrugs*

harima sez he'll never fall in love again TT.TT. hopefully itoko's kick knocked some sense back into him XD.

I think this "not fall in love again" resolve will turn to another plot.... where eri or yakumo would find a problem with..... duncha think??

Who knows since this is SR, but I think it's got a good chance of turning into a new plotline too.

Also, lol at a whole bunch of guests being as noisy as Tenma is usually.

to sansafro187: You have a point there.... This is SR..... Who knows what will happen.....

but what do you all think??? is Sr near it's ending??? though i seriously doubt it, there is that chance??? right??? since it is SR??

I just hope the plot won't turn to something like, Harima's over Tenma, then Tenma comes back with a new found love interest in Harima..... and Harima starts to take interest on Yakumo or Eri..... then a very complicated love story comes.... very cliche.....

^why does everyone keeps saying that? is that story from a famous movie or something? Personally I don't want that to happen. Tenma chasing Harima is a scenario that I wouldn't want to see >_<"

All in all. This chapter seems to be a wrap up of everything. Everyones moving on. Except for Harima. He's heart broken at the moment but he should take a leaf from Tae-sensei. Let it go and move on.... well thats what the Onigiri and Flag fans are waiting for

As for Tenma. Her ordeal hasn't ended yet. Hopefully Karasuma wouldn't push her away after this.

wth?!? Watanabe? Nakamura? two different last names? or maybe their first names sounds like a last name?

Inaba seeing that she can't go for Hanai will assault Harima later on ;p

In this character, barely anything happened. And I feel even more that Eri stopped competing for Harima - good for her.

ask me this a few months ago when we were hitting the break between semesters...the one that's just now ending with Eri and Tenma and all them now 3rd years...and I would have said yes, but in all honesty, now I think we're closer to more of a halfway point now than an ending. It took Kobayashi 268 chapters for Tenma to become aware of Harima's feelings. Who's to say it won't take another 268 for Harima to realize the feelings Eri and Yakumo have for him? Then another so many to decide what to do about it. I think there's still a lot of School Rumble to come.
