Does Eri still want Harima? That is the million dollar question. If she doesn't then there isn't any intrapersonal conflict to speak of. But if she does, why send Yakumo in the first place? Couldn't she just as easily said, "I'll go with you also to make sure Hige doesn't try anything funny" and then she would be the one close to Harima right now. Instead she told Yakumo "It works out, right?" That itself is a throwback to when Yakumo thought "The one who's most fitting for this person isn't me," in 216. But Eri has no idea that Yakumo is the one who told Harima that she has feelings for him, so it can't be said she was returning the favor. In my opinion it seems like Eri is the one trying to push for the opposing relationship.
