Default but he didnt die yet.

I think what is going to happen is someone will make a big sacrifice or a miracle will happen.
If Karasuma really dies at the end, I cant really see Karasuma dying here, maybe in a state of coma, by the way I read in other chapters the translation of 261 and it seems like really big one... I think one of these 3 things happened:

Karasuma rejected tenma because of his illness... Karasuma told Tenma the truth... or its a big misunderstanding.

one thing I didn't quite understand from the translation was whether or not Yakumo really was trying to confess to Harima, or whether he was actually correct for once in guessing that she was talking about his manga...?

^ Yeah, totally right. She was blushing and being so embarrassed and emotional as never before when talking about her love to manga. Great one.

lol no need to get up in his face about that...

if i remember correctly, in the Chinese raws, Yakumo says " the person i like is....!"
but my memory isnt all that, and i cant seem to find those raws.

Wait I'm still confused... was she really talking about Harima? or was she talking about his manga?

Also did I miss a segment of the plot completely... but where on earth did Harima get the idea that yakumo likes Karasuma (even if he was talking about manga... when was it ever implied that yakumo might have preferred karasuma's manga)

That whole section left me super confused...

AND when did Tenma's friends realize that Harima likes tenma... I thought they were all oblivious except for Akira...

So if anyone cares to explain/ provide alternate translations/ further insight into pages 2,3,4 from chapter 258 it would be much appreciated... lol

Yes, of course she was talking about Harima.

Harima saw Yakumo come back very upset after Tenma went to Karasuma, so he assumed that her heart might be broken just as his was.

Akira has always known, Eri figured it out when she saw Harima with Tenma at her birthday party and confirmed it when he chose Tenma over his manga, and Mikoto has never known so she must have been informed by the others recently off panel.

The confusion because people think Yakumo love Karasuma in much pervious chapter. But Yakumo must be with Harima, so we know implied when Yakumo say "like" must always mean Harima. This why it obvious is.

Another confusion because Yakumo think about Tenma and Karasuma just pervious, so look like Yakumo say love sister. But we know Yakumo love both Tenma and Harima so it still show that Yakumo love Harima.

ohhh i get it now. I think what confused me was the note on the side of the page that read "I was so afraid, Afraid of that misunderstanding!" And I couldnt figure out who it was intended for or thought by, etc. etc. (she doesn't look too upset) In fact I still don't get that side note, but the main plot makes more sense post explanation.
