Volume Chapter numbering
I was just looking through the raw of Volume 18, and I noticed that the chapters are numbered differently...

What's going on??
edit: woops... I thought the Q&A thread was just about b chapters for some reason... uh, any mod feel free to merge this with Q&A or somthing...

In the original chapter releases, chapter 190 (or 191, I forget which) was repeated, which threw off the subsequent numbers until finally 232 was skipped to fix the problem.
