<Walking Festival Battle Plan>

If Karasuma doesn't leave somehow he can kiss Tenma-chan good-bye! He thinks Karasuma is definitely tickling Tenma's pure heart with his going to America. He decides that if it's America for Karasuma, it's AFRICA for him. He then asks Itoko if she has any acquaintance in Africa[TN: You moron Harima, wtf]. I think she gives him some information about someone in Angola and tells him to get it done today rather than waiting for tomorrow.

She's ponders to herself about the class event and about how she doesn't really like outdoor activities. She thinks that even though there will be things that change when they become third years they will still be in the same school. Nakamura then mentions that an acquaintance in the Angolan government told him something about Harima leaving[TN: something like that].

"That idiot Hige. What the hell is he doing going to Angola instead of the walking festival!?"

Seems there was a mistake with the spoilers. Kid Chrono's now saying that the Walking Festival Battle Plan is actually about Tenma's plan to confess to Karasuma.

Harima went to the sea to hide from Tenma and the world before. While his reasons for leaving were moronic, going out to sea did effectively keep him away from society like he wanted. This time, he's going to Africa in order to gain Tenma's love, which is absolutely asinine; it's most likely that Tenma won't even bother to go the airport to see him off. At the moment, it seems only Eri will show up to tell him how dumb he's being, although I won't be surprised if Yakumo catches wind of this somehow, too.
