About flag...

I wonder what the flag's situation is at the moment :

- Actually Harima is confused ;he was sure Eri was in love with him, then he was sure he was mistaken and finally Eri said " I might've been in love with you"...
Although Harima considers now Eri as a good friend, it's not enough for a "love relationship"

- Eri sometimes shows her true feeling and she often hides them showing harima some faked sentiment (like "Of course I'm not in love with you!"

Now they're just friends (they don't argue, they can talk seriously about some topics etc.....). The school year is about to finish, flag has to get a sudden developement

Ah, they're in a fairly positive situation. The pairing has received the most development throughout the series, and that's In the past thirty chapters or so, Eri overcame one of the key problems that could have destroyed Flag. Namely, learning the truth about Harima's feelings.

When Eri discovered this, Kobayashi could have turned her into a psycho-violent villain but that didn't happen. After Eri seemed to choose friends over Harima, she could have just lost interest in Harima (like she appeared to in Chapter 217) but that didn't happen.

Then, there's Harima and his infatuation with Tenma, but that's hardly new. Besides, fictional relationships need some kind of obstacle.

The two are friends right now, yet that wouldn't take much to change. Being friends gives Kobayashi a good opportunity to allow them to interact and develop the relationship, so it could be just what's needed for the pairing to progress.

Not really. It's not very hard for writers to turn relationships like this into romantic ones.

I'm not really flag lover, but I can't see any other option for possible future-relationship-diagram stuff. Flag will happen - because Ojou always gets what she wants and she has full support from her friends now (and half-friends too like Yakumo).

..unless KJ will introduce 5th(or 6th..or 7th.) girl which would fall for Harima which would be... rather corny...
