Who in school rumble is the antagonist(s)?

So far I noticed in the series that there wasnt any antagonists assigned to our main characters... Karasuma, Tenma or Harima until the British showed up, (even though I still dont know wether they are Americans or British).
Throught out the previous series I noticed that the only antagonists in the series were the same characters with their frustations misunderstandings etc... but with these foreigners coming I can see that theres one antagonist at least assigned to Eri (Eri's supposed fiance), and perhaps imadori...

Depends on the context, or whose thoughts Kobayashi is focusing on primarily during the chapter. Most of the characters are somewhat flexible and have been both a protagonist and an antagonist at some point. For example, Eri and Yakumo have both antagonized one another before (though, Eri spent the majority of the time in the role as protagonist).

On the beggining of the series I thought Karasuma were the antagonist, then, on Sports Festival I thought Harry, Tougou, Lala and Katou-sensei, But on Kyoto trip up until now, Shawn (that british-bishounen guy) is the one who looks most like a villain. XD
On Harima-Tenma-Karasuma relationship I think Karasuma is the one who looks more like an antagonist, since we don't know much about him as we know about Harima, and on the most we know everthing about the protagonist.

To answer that question should I assume that you'd like only one name of being the most persistant villain or just provide you a list of characters that took up the 'villain' role at some point in the manga. Either way its not going to be an easy answer. Antagonist implies a character in ongoing opposition to the protagonist yet the SR focus varies across so many characters, those roles are usually depends the interpreter's support on the character's purpose. The Yakumo/Eri conflict is an example of such. Whether you think Eri's the protagonist while Yakumo sabotage's her chances with Harima or Yakumo's the protagonist retaliating against Ojou's insidious/jealous mistreatment of Tenma depends on the interpreter's own views. Think of it as politics and war, either side justifies their purpose as the correct one. The only rare instance of 'clear cut' villainy is that 'england/kyoto' class trip which served to bring two otherwise conflicting characters (Harima and Eri) in a compromised (and misunderstood) alliance.

In this case I wanna focus on the "england/tokyo" scene and in this case I dont think Shawn was the villain, he was actually a guinea pig along with all his buddies the big black guy and the other anoying short midget with a big mouth.
They were just nothing, I think the real threat in this case was the actual fiance, which was not shawn but the guy he was working for... the stuck up guy, the one that made the bet on Shawn vs. Harima.
I think he may be the only true antagonist... with an actual evil purpose.
It might seem that this scenario would support flag, but at the same time I Think I noticed the same guy flirting with Ichijou, therefore, it might inlcude several individuals besides Eri and Harima being antagonized by this new character.
