Tenma is sleeping when she says "I love you" to Harima, so we don't know why she said it. Since she just saw a punk save her, I doubt Harima reminded her of her father.

well for us to be able to see if Harima does resemble Tenma's father is if KJ makes a chapter that shows how he looks like.

I think the reason Yakumo is reminded of her father when she saw Harima working on his manga is that her father is a book author. remember that she had a book as a gift from her father. maybe its one of his works. ^________^
