I don't really find any of Tougou's quotes funny. I think it's his exuberance that makes whatever he does hilarious, not what he's actually saying.
His sayings aren't funny, they are the ultimate truth :D

welll his quotes were not really funny in itself but yes the way he said them made it funny especially with the little American anthem in the background LMFAO XD
His quotes makes me laugh a lot XD He says he doesn't like perfume covered men, but he himself looks like someone who uses perfume (not too much)
